I am praying this is a bug as I cannot take anymore surprises. I tried to send an invoice with my usual USPS first class mail (flat rate) and there is no longer a USPS first class option!! Everything is PRIORITY MAIL. You get a red message is you pick wrong.

Turbo Lister: Last week changed all auctions and Buy it Now return policies to 14 days from 7 days. Today went to upload auctions and buy it now items, all buy it now items give me an error saying that we are offering 2 of the same shipping options, when we never changed shipping? The auction uploaded with no issue, only the buy it now had issues.

Yesteday, eBay changed all of my listings to 14 day returns; I never selected this option--after a long call, they fixed them all. Today, my usual sales page is showing that I 70 questions unanswered. This is a bug. I can't call them until they wake up.

Gallery pictures are not showing in search results for listings submitted since about 8 pm 4/30/12. The item title comes up, but no picutre to the left. If you click on the itme, the gallery picutre is there. When I tried to revise by replacing pictures, the results did not change. I called Ebay and was told this is a known issue with listings submitted through Auctiva and they are working on it with no estimate of when it will be resolved. Called Auctiva, they said it is Ebay problem.

Sell Similar Glitch
Using Sell Similar through My eBay has given me trouble many times last month.
After having changed the pictures and item description and clicking Continue the changes are saved. When the item is listed it then appears that NO CHANGES were saved. Except for the listing price. So you have to re-enter all the changes again. If you are not aware of this glitch and used a fixed price, you run into serious trouble with buyers too! Incredible.

Buyer paid 9 days back - however, eBay Selling Manager Pro still does not show as "Paid".
eBay system sent out a payment reminder 4 days later after the buyer paid, promptly gave an Unpaid Item Strike on the 8th day. We discovered it when the buyer sent a scathing e-mail accusing us of negligence.
This issue has been reported to eBay and PayPal numerous times during the past 4 years. There is a lot of finger pointing between eBay & PayPal - they decline to speak to each other or resolve it

PayPal is sending payment received notification emails but the completed payments are not posted on account details page.
PayPal customer service acknowledges the issue exists but has no time frame for when the issue will be resolved.
Given the high fees charged by this company, sellers are entitled to a higher level of service - including posted announcements when their systems are down or having the obligatory glitch along with a time frame for when they will be back up and running.

Could not access paypal all morning, now can log in, but new orders are not showing up? Paypal sends email of payment, but payment not in account. Called paypal to confirm, they said is a known issue and will be fixed in about 24 hours. Another update gone wrong.....

All of the items we shipped yesterday and loaded the tracking on eBay did not migrate over to PayPal so we had to manually insert all of the tracking numbers into PayPal.
There was always some issues here and that that the numbers did not migrate and on Friday after the update that PayPal did they all migrated with no problem.
Now the API must be messed up because nothing migrated.
